Pursuant to the Swiss DLT Act of February 2021, all tokens represent uncertificated securities (Wertrechte) registered on a distributed ledger. This direct ownership is legally equivalent to traditional physical deeds.

Invesdors GmbH maintains the Primary Swiss Hub where every capital unit is minted. The ledger records provide absolute evidence of ownership, enforceable against third parties and in bankruptcy proceedings.

Transactions on the Invesdors layer utilize cryptographic signing that prevents retroactive modification of the ownership chain. The ledger is audited every 10 minutes by decentralized institutional nodes.
